Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Radixify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Radixify provides etymology analysis and word learning tools, including:
- Word analysis into prefix, root, and suffix
- Etymology database of 1,100+ Latin and Greek roots
- Flashcards and spaced repetition
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Paid plans with higher limits
User Accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for activity under your account
Subscription & Payment
We offer these tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Vietnamese users pay in VND via PayOS; international users pay in USD via PayPal. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were used; after that, at our discretion.
- FREE: 20 word analyses per day (guests: 10)
- PRO: 100 word analyses per day
- PREMIUM: unlimited word analysis
Usage Limits & Fair Use
Usage limits are enforced to keep the service fair:
- Daily limits reset at midnight local time
- Automated scraping or abuse is prohibited
- We may throttle excessive usage
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content and design, belongs to Radixify or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create (flashcards, notes). You grant us a license to store and display it to provide the Service.
Prohibited Activities
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Scrape content with automated tools
- Share your account credentials
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect etymology accuracy, specific learning results, or compatibility with all devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radixify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or damages from third-party services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date, notify you of significant changes, and continued use after changes counts as acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
